Terms & refund policy

How Everfound subscriptions work: billing, cancelling, refunds, and what we do and don't promise.

Last updated

These are our terms, written in plain language. We may replace them with a fuller agreement later. If we do, we'll post it on this page and update the date above.

Terms of Service

Who we are

Everfound is run by Ultra Black Enterprises, LLC. These terms cover every Everfound subscription plan. “We” and “us” mean Ultra Black Enterprises, LLC, which runs Everfound. “You” means the business that signs up.

Your plan and billing

  • You choose monthly or yearly billing when you sign up. You pay by card through Stripe, our payment processor, at the start of each billing period.
  • Your plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel.
  • If a payment doesn't go through and isn't fixed, your plan ends.
  • Your plan includes what its card lists in our pricing. There are no setup fees.
  • If the price of your plan ever changes, we'll email you before you're charged the new price.
  • To change plans or update your card, use Manage billing (it's also on your Customer tools page), or email hello@everfound.co.

Cancelling

  • There's no long-term contract and no fee to cancel. Cancel anytime.
  • To cancel, use Manage billing (it's also on your Customer tools page), or email hello@everfound.co (from the address on your account, if you can).
  • Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. Your plan keeps running until then, and you won't be charged again.
  • On a yearly plan you pay for the year up front. Cancelling after your first 30 days stops the next renewal but doesn't refund the rest of the year.
  • Signed up in the last 30 days? You can also ask for a full refund of your first payment. See the refund policy.

No promised rankings or results

Google decides what shows up in its results. Google says no one can promise a particular position in its results, and that there's no way to request or pay for a better local ranking. So we don't promise rankings, traffic, calls or leads, and we don't promise that AI assistants will mention your business.

What we promise is the work your plan lists on our pricing: keeping your Google Business Profile filled out and active, replying to your Google reviews, and, on plans that include it, publishing content to your website. Your monthly report shows what was done and how your Google presence is performing.

Everfound is an independent service. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or the other companies whose products we mention on this site.

Your accounts stay yours

  • You connect your own WordPress website and your own Google Business Profile. You stay the owner of both.
  • We use the access you give us only to deliver your plan. You can remove it at any time, but we can't deliver the parts of your plan that depend on it while it's removed.
  • Connect only accounts you own or are allowed to manage, and keep the business details you give us accurate. The posts, review replies and profile updates we publish are based on them.
  • Want to see things first? Ask us to hold posts and review replies for your approval before they go live.
  • Posts published to your website are yours, and the text stays there if you cancel. Some images in those posts may be hosted by our publishing platform and can stop showing after you cancel.

How we deliver the service

We deliver Everfound using third-party platforms: tools that write and publish content to WordPress, tools that manage Google Business Profiles and prepare reports, and Stripe for payments. When you connect your accounts, some of these platforms may ask you to accept their own terms.

Those platforms, and Google, sometimes change how they work or have outages. If that affects your plan, we'll tell you and work to keep your plan running.

Referral program

The referral program (give $200, get $200) has its own terms on the referral page.

If we end a plan

  • We can decline to take on a business, or end a plan, if serving it would break the law or the rules of the platforms we rely on, such as Google's guidelines or our payment processor's rules.
  • If we end your plan, we'll tell you by email and refund the part of your current billing period that you paid for but won't receive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change affects your plan in a meaningful way, we'll email you before it takes effect.

Refund Policy

Full refund within 30 days

If Everfound isn't for you, ask within 30 days of signing up and we'll refund your first payment in full, plus any renewal charged in those 30 days. That goes for monthly and yearly plans.

  • To ask, email hello@everfound.co within 30 days of signing up. Writing from the address on your account helps us find it quickly.
  • When we refund your first payment, your plan ends right away.
  • Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Stripe says a refund usually shows up about 5 to 10 business days later, depending on your bank.
  • If a discount covered your whole first bill, there's no first payment to refund. You can still cancel anytime.

After 30 days

  • Other payments aren't refunded, including the unused part of a month or year.
  • Cancelling stops your next renewal. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Think you were charged by mistake? Email hello@everfound.co and we'll refund any charge made in error.
